Flickfunds Africa Virtual Masterclass
Terms of Enrollment & Use Agreement
This Terms of Enrollment & Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the Flickfunds Africa Virtual Masterclass Series (the “Program”), provided by Flickfunds Africa Ltd (“Flickfunds Africa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in this Program, you (“Participant,” “Student,” or “User”) agree to comply fully with the following terms:
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
1.1. All program content — including but not limited to lecture videos, handouts, scripts, templates, slides, resource guides, case studies, recordings, design, brand marks, and distribution frameworks — is the sole intellectual property of Flickfunds Africa Ltd.
1.2. Participation does not transfer or assign any ownership rights to you. You are granted personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the program strictly for learning purposes.
1.3. Any form of reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, recording, or public display of program content without Flickfunds Africa’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Confidentiality
2.1. Program content, strategies, tools, and insights are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or misuse such information.
2.2. Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of fees paid, and legal action.
3. Certificate of Completion
3.1. A certificate will be issued upon full participation and completion of all required modules, assessments, and assignments.
3.2. The certificate recognizes your learning achievement but does not grant you the right to teach, resell, license, or replicate Flickfunds Africa’s curriculum.
4. Restrictions on Use
4.1. You may not:
- Copy, screenshot, or record program materials.
- Share login details with others.
- Host or display program content in group settings without authorization.
- Adapt or repackage program content under another name.
4.2. Any unauthorized use will be treated as infringement and prosecuted under applicable copyright and IP laws.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
5.1. All enrollment fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
5.2. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Flickfunds Africa cancels the program.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1. Flickfunds Africa provides educational services for knowledge-building and skill development. We do not guarantee financial or commercial outcomes from applying the knowledge.
6.2. You acknowledge that your success depends on your effort, decisions, and application of the knowledge.
7. Enforcement & Governing Law
7.1. Flickfunds Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if these terms are violated.
7.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and international copyright treaties.
8. Acceptance
By enrolling in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

- Add a shortened copyright notice on every handout and video (e.g., “© Flickfunds Africa Ltd. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use prohibited.”).
